With over two decades of industry experience, Slater brings a wealth of strategic leadership and expertise to Recludo’s expanding portfolio of business growth and value creation initiatives.

Slater’s career is marked by his exceptional contributions to the Australian mortgage and finance sector, having held senior roles at some of the industry's most influential organisations. Most recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fintelligence, where he spearheaded innovation and growth. His 17-year tenure at the AFG Group of Companies included leadership roles such as Group Head of Sales & Distribution, General Manager of White Label Distribution, and General Manager of AFG Home Loans. He also served as an Advisory Board Member for Zettle – Galilee Solicitors Group Company and Fintelligence, shaping strategic direction across mortgage broking and lending.
